Job Description
We are looking for high energy individuals who can efficiently co-ordinate and communicate with business teams, provide design support for improving agency advisor recruitment and develop a team of quality advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales team in recruiting advisors and achieving advisor recruitment targets
- Facilitate alternate/new methods of advisor hiring, Maintain entire FSP-FOS process for the business team of respective region
- Recruit and develop future sales prospects (FOS – future advisors) through assigned team, planning activities and lead management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of new FOS, Coordinate across teams for prompt and consistent experience for all FOS
- Manage MIS & analytics - build & maintain key MIS/contest/project design to support Line teams in tracking entire FSP-FOS process
- Engage in joint field work with agency front line team for recruitment
- Conduct Business Opportunity workshops for interested leads in all branches at a consistent frequency
- Conduct training sessions for the team at regular intervals for advisor recruitment
- Help, support and guide team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly I-contribute targets through MIS/Reviews/refresher trainings to ensure productivity
Education and experience
- Education Graduation from any stream, candidates with MBA from tiered institutions will be preferred
- Experience 5-8 years
