Key Responsibilities
- Manage training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management
- Support PR activities and represent the company during client visits
- Align HR processes with financial and operational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- B.Com graduates preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is an added advantage
- 3–6 years of proven HR managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws & HRIS
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency required)
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
