Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to support sales growth, handle client relationships, and assist the sales team in achieving targets. The candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and capable of handling field and office sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the sales manager for business development activities
- Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports
- Support junior sales executives when required
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel if required
