We are seeking an experienced Luxury Client Relations Associate to build strong client relationships, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a background in luxury fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client servicing and styling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, phone calls, and in-store interactions.
- Convert leads into sales through personalized styling, product recommendations, and customer support.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and post-sales engagement.
- Handle order management, including payments, customizations, shipping, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist during live sales sessions and provide customer support in real time.
- Maintain CRM records, customer profiles, and sales reports.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support business growth and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in luxury fashion, designer wear, premium retail, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience with a luxury or designer brand is essential.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer service.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
