Ashdon Interior Works is a leading commercial developer in Pan India, specialising in interior development and construction for various businesses. We are seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our team and contribute to our financial strategies and reporting processes.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to uphold the financial strategies of the organization. They should excel in handling substantial data, providing consistent financial reporting, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA Intermediate qualification (2-5 years related experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in General Ledger management and scrutiny
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Hands-on experience with EPR Systems (Tally and Zoho Books)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, analysis, and reconciliation for General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations
- Conduct Project Costing, Cost Benefit Analysis, Debtors and Creditors aging, reconciliation, and statement of account confirmation
- Post Journal Entries for accrued expenses, recurring entries, revenue, and manage Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Amortization, etc.
- Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary (GST, TDS, TDS on Salaries, Prof-Tax Returns, Online Submission)
- Generate MIS Reports, manage Inventories Reports and reconciliation, with exposure to Internal Audit processes
- End-to-end management of monthly payroll processing and timely execution of statutory payments and filings, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), professional tax, and TDS.
