Job Brief: To monitor and maintain quality content on multiple portals while gathering performance metrics.
Requirements
- Understands what needs to go / not go on the portal
- Provides support from the development stage to the product go -live
- To gather statistics which describe the success of the content
- Escalates pain points
- Maintains MIS related to portal
Requirements
- Graduate in the fields of computer science or engineering.
- Proven working experience as Content / Portal administrator in the information technology sector or Telecom sector
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development life cycle and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
