Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties
Handling Inbound Tour Enquires ( Mexico, Argentina, Chile, all Latin American Countries ) in Spanish Language.
Handling Sales Inquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
Handling Inbound bookings & documentation.
Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
Domestic / International Destination Knowledge is needed.
Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow up.
Self-motivated, resourceful
Should be a quick learner and fluent in Spanish language.
Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
