Shift Timing: 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied, underpaid, and rejected claims.
- Handle claim status checks, appeals, and reimbursement follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable to maximize collections.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues.
- Document account activities and updates accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and reimbursement concerns.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing processes.
- Experience in denial management and AR follow-up.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AR Specialist/AR Caller in Medical Billing (RCM).
- Experience in handling insurance follow-ups, denials management, and appeals.
- Comfortable relocating to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Willing to work in the 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM shift.
