Swarmlens is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven Management Trainees – Digital Marketing & Social Media who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the world of AI-powered marketing.
What You'll Work On
✅ Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
✅ Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
✅ Build brand awareness and online presence
✅ Design creatives using Canva or similar tools
✅ Research market trends and competitor activities
✅ Support SEO, content marketing, and lead-generation initiatives
✅ Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams
Who Can Apply?
- MBA/BBA/B.Com/BCA/B.Tech students or recent graduates
- Freshers with a passion for digital marketing and social media
- Candidates willing to learn AI-driven marketing tools
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
