Wishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO, is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and driven individual to join our team as an Education Officer. The role involves closely working with children, education centres, teachers, donors, and communities to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of our education programmes.
This is a dynamic role that combines programme management, field coordination, child assessment, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Ed. or MSW (specialization in Education, Community Development, or Social Work preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the education or development sector
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of early childhood and informal education methodologies
- Experience in teacher training and classroom observation
- Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
- Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills
- Basic knowledge of social media handling is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to various centre locations
- Excellent management, coordination, and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage data related to children enrolled under the programme
- Coordinate with education centres on a daily basis
- Conduct regular visits to centres to monitor teaching-learning processes and overall child progress
- Design and implement assessments to evaluate children’s academic growth and skill development
- Track and report the progress of children throughout the programme duration
- Manage donor communication, engagement, and record-keeping
- Oversee accounts and ensure timely management of dues
- Maintain complete documentation and reports of activities, assessments, and field visits
- Curate engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook
- Support the planning and execution of education-related events and activities
