1. Conduct Sunrise meeting (DSM) with operators
2. Prepare day to day Production Plan and Resource Plan based on week Plan
3. Close the BMR.BPR for Planned manufacturing items.
4. Closely Monitor and control of daily production activities by daily review with Line in charge
5. Check production output according to daily / week Plan.
6. Submit reports on performance and progress.
7. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems & Focus and Implement on Machines
8. Evaluate Current Production activities as per SOP and work instructions and take corrective actions for improvements.
9. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
10. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
