Position: EUC (End User Computing) Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to provide enterprise-level end-user computing and technical support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in desktop support, endpoint management, Windows environments and user troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops and end-user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and application-related issues.
Manage and support Windows desktop environments.
Handle software installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.
Support endpoint security, device compliance and access requirements.
Assist users with account, application and connectivity issues.
Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Monitor endpoint health and resolve recurring technical issues.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network and security teams.
Maintain technical documentation and endpoint asset records.
Required Skills
Experience in EUC / End User Computing / Desktop Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops and enterprise endpoints.
Understanding of endpoint security and access management.
Experience with software deployment, patching and upgrades.
Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting knowledge.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools and SLA management.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.
