About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented UK & Europe Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for UK and/or European markets, a strong understanding of international hiring practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK and Europe-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels — job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client job specifications and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary, contract terms, and offer details with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with UK/European employment laws, right-to-work checks, and data protection (GDPR) regulations.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets (submissions, interviews, and closures).
- Stay updated on UK/Europe market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment for UK and/or European markets (staffing/RPO/corporate environment).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and international hiring practices.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — mandatory for client and candidate interaction.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, Totaljobs, etc.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar).
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and UK/EU employment regulations is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience recruiting for IT, Healthcare, Engineering, or other specialized domains for UK/Europe clients.
