Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with data, generating insights, and supporting business decisions through analytical reporting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
- Design and enhance reports, presentations, and visual materials using Adobe tools.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with attention to detail.
- Conduct Excel training sessions and provide support to team members on advanced Excel functions and best practices.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to reporting and data management.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain and teach Excel concepts to users with varying skill levels.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
