Role Description
The Associate Director of Sales is a full-time, remote role, responsible for leading revenue growth and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role manages and coaches a sales team, sets performance targets, and ensures consistent execution of sales processes and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Associate Director of Sales collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives and client needs. The role also involves analyzing sales performance data, forecasting, optimizing pipelines and operations, and implementing improvements to drive sustainable, scalable growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience into the Sales.
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategic deals.
- Experience in Sales Operations, such as forecasting, reporting, CRM management, and optimizing sales processes.
- Strong background in Team Management, including mentoring, performance management, and building high-performing sales teams.
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on maintaining long-term client relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and convert insights into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a related services environment is preferred.
Pay: ₹34,393.20 - ₹80,000.00 per month
