Job Description:
Learning Buds is looking for enthusiastic and child-friendly Public Speaking Teachers to teach young learners in an online environment. The teacher will work with children aged 5 to 15 years, helping them build confidence in speaking English through interactive and engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online Public Speaking classes for children (ages 5–15 years )
- Use fun, interactive methods such as stories, games, role-play, and activities
- Teach voice modulation, body language, articulation, and stage confidence
- Encourage participation through storytelling, role-plays, speeches, and games
- Improve students’ speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic grammar
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback
- Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by Learning Buds
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English (neutral or clear accent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in teaching children (online )
- Passion for working with young learners
- Minimum 1 year experience in teaching Public Speaking to children
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Available to take classes between 3 pm - 8 pm
- Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
- Webcam and headset with good audio quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in online teaching platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Public Speaking curriculums mandatory
- If you create curriculums it would be an advantage

Availability in terms of timings :
- Most definitely between 3pm - 8 pm ( we appreciate a clear committed discussion on availability of teacher's timing ) we allow a fair flexibility wherein you can choose your work hours but we cater to teaching Indian students . Our classes are mostly scheduled after children get back from school .
