We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR (Operations) to manage end-to-end HR operations and oversee Employee Life Cycle Management across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in HR processes, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit)
- Handle HR Operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/ERP systems
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth HR functioning
- Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Drive process improvements in HR operations
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Payroll processes
- Good understanding of Labour Laws & HR practices
- Proficiency in HRMS / ERP systems & MS Excel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
