- Schedule and manage client meetings and project discussions.
- Prepare detailed construction/project schedules and monitor progress.
- Prepare and finalize BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and obtain approvals.
- Generate invoices/bills and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments received, and outstanding amounts as per BOQ schedules.
- Receive instructions from architects and communicate them to site engineers, ensuring timely execution.
- Prepare project budgets and track/report any cost overruns.
- Handle vendor coordination including purchase, settlement, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements, ordering, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain regular coordination with clients for project updates.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordination.
- Manage vendor catalogues and new product updates.
- Perform quantity surveying and project estimation.
- Draft and review drawings using AutoCAD.
- Take proactive initiatives to improve project efficiency and business operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
