About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate with customers and service engineers, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily service activities and assign service calls to field engineers.
Schedule preventive maintenance visits as per service contracts.
Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts availability and service support.
Monitor service response times and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Generate service reports, pending call reports, and MIS reports.
Support invoice generation and payment follow-up activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Service Administration.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
Experience in service industry coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
