Job Description – Principal
Location: Belagavi District, Karnataka
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Requirement: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Chikodi
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead and manage school operations effectively. The candidate will be responsible for academic excellence, staff management, and overall development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations and administration
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Manage and guide teaching and non-teaching staff
- Develop and implement academic plans and policies
- Maintain discipline and a positive school environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders
- Monitor student performance and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle school administration independently
- Willingness to relocate to Chikodi
Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
