We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plant Supervisor to over see our tile laying powder (tile adhesive/dry-mix mortar) manufacturing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop floor production, handling a team of operators and laborers, maintaining batch quality, and ensuring smooth machinery operation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in dry powder blending, cement/chemical batching processes, or related construction chemical manufacturing.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
