Job Summary
The EUC Windows Team Lead is responsible for leading the global Windows Operations and Endpoint Management team supporting enterprise workplace technologies. This role combines technical leadership, operational management, service delivery governance, endpoint security, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee Windows endpoint operations, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows 11 lifecycle management, endpoint security compliance, vulnerability remediation, software deployment, automation programs, and major incident management while ensuring high service quality and operational excellence across global regions. The position serves as the primary escalation point and technical leader for all EUC Windows services.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Service Management
- Lead global EUC Windows Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery performance.
- Conduct team performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and technical development.
- Drive service excellence, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate shift coverage and resource planning.
- Lead operational reviews, service reporting, and customer governance meetings.
- Serve as the escalation manager for major incidents and critical service disruptions.
Windows Endpoint Management
- Own Windows 10/11 endpoint lifecycle management.
- Lead Windows deployment, imaging, provisioning, and upgrade programs.
- Oversee endpoint management platforms:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- SCCM/MECM
- Windows Autopilot
- Group Policy
- Co-Management
- Establish global endpoint configuration standards and governance.
- Drive Windows 11 deployment and modernization initiatives.
Endpoint Security & Compliance
- Ensure enterprise endpoint compliance and security standards.
- Manage:
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- BitLocker
- ThreatLocker
- Device Control
- Privileged Access Controls
- USB Exemption Governance
- Partner with Cyber Security teams on vulnerability remediation and compliance programs.
- Lead security audit readiness and remediation activities.
Patch & Vulnerability Management
- Define and manage enterprise patching strategy.
- Lead monthly patch deployment cycles.
- Monitor compliance metrics and remediation activities.
- Drive reduction of critical and high vulnerabilities.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Application & Software Management
- Oversee application packaging and deployment governance.
- Manage enterprise software distribution through SCCM and Intune.
- Support business-critical applications and software lifecycle management.
- Ensure application compatibility testing for Windows feature updates.
- Coordinate software license management and optimization.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort.
- Lead development and implementation of:
- PowerShell automation
- Intune automation
- Microsoft Graph integrations
- Endpoint provisioning workflows
- Self-healing solutions
- Improve operational efficiency through standardization and process optimization.
- Maintain operational knowledge base, SOPs, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with Site IT, Service Desk, Security, Infrastructure, and Workplace Engineering teams.

Experience & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 8–12 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise Windows environments.
- Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
- Experience managing global enterprise endpoint environments (5,000+ endpoints preferred).
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices.
- Experience in multinational or global support organizations.
