Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Role Purpose
Generate qualified meetings and early-stage pipeline for Novetum’s AI implementation services, AI products, and enterprise transformation offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify relevant prospects across HR, legal, operations, IT, digital transformation, and executive leadership teams.
- Execute outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to create interest and book qualified discovery meetings.
- Qualify prospects on need, urgency, use case, company fit, and decision-making context before passing opportunities to Account Executives.
- Follow up quickly on inbound interest and nurture early-stage leads until they are sales-ready.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including contacts, activity history, qualification notes, and next steps.
- Test outreach messages, sequences, and channels, then use performance data to improve conversion rates over time.
- Work closely with AEs to align target accounts, messaging themes, and handoff quality.
- Stay current on Novetum’s offerings so you can clearly explain how our solutions solve customer problems.
Ideal Profile
- 1+ year in SDR, BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or business development, though strong freshers with exceptional communication can also fit.
- Strong written outreach, cold-calling confidence, and high activity discipline.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness.
- Organized, coach-able, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Interest in AI, enterprise technology, and consultative selling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
