We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling client relationships, customer support, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to maintain long-term customer satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with clients regarding services, feedback, and support requirements.
- Maintain customer databases and interaction records accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer engagement activities and feedback collection.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining company services/processes.
- Prepare customer service reports and performance updates.
- Support sales and business teams in customer communication and relationship management.
