Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operational activities, employee coordination, documentation, and support smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and required paperwork.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Support payroll-related activities and coordinate with the finance team.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment activities whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or general HR activities.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of payroll and compliance processes.
- Experience handling HRMS/ATS tools.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
