Role and Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality learning content tailored to the needs of diverse learner groups and business objectives.
- Create engaging, interactive, and learner-centric training materials using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, and other eLearning platforms.
- Apply instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Adult Learning Theory) to develop effective learning solutions.
- Develop content across multiple delivery formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), microlearning, and blended learning programs.
- Create detailed storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, job aids, and supporting training resources.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
- Review, update, and enhance existing training materials based on learner feedback, business requirements, and performance data.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, interactive activities, and assessments to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Ensure all learning content complies with accessibility, inclusivity, and quality standards, including WCAG guidelines where applicable.
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and project goals.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience developing assessments, learning activities, and performance support materials.
- Ability to analyze learner needs and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communications, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
