The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Lead Technology Analyst- MDM Platforms, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Implementing master data models, governance standards, data quality frameworks, and integration patterns across SAP, cloud platforms, and downstream enterprise systems
-
Determining future-state solution architectures, migration approaches, and technical strategies through engineering leadership, proofs of concept, pilot programs, and solution reviews
-
Supporting cross-functional business and technical teams in harmonizing master data processes, resolving complex integration and data issues, and driving modernization initiatives
-
Overseeing deliverables from external support partners to ensure architectural alignment, technical quality, governance compliance, and execution against defined standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
-
Overall 10+ years of experience and 6 years of experience in master data management, SAP solution architecture, enterprise data platforms, or systems integration in a private, public, government, or military environment
-
Experience designing or implementing MDM solutions and data governance frameworks
-
Experience with enterprise integration patterns across SAP, cloud, and downstream platforms
-
Experience leading technical delivery, solution design, or engineering initiatives
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
-
Experience implementing MDM hub solutions using platforms such as Stibo, Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, SAP MDG, or similar technologies.

Proven success leading complex engineering initiatives, including proofs of concept, pilots, and modernization efforts.
-
Experience managing external service providers and collaborating across global business and technology teams.
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
