Job Description – HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for the company.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with managers for interview feedback and selection.
- Handle salary discussion and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment data and daily/weekly MIS.
- Support employee onboarding and HRMS updates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the automobile industry.
- Experience in hiring Sales, Service, Operations and other automobile profiles will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
