Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused BAMS Doctor to provide primary medical care, assist in patient management, and ensure quality healthcare services. Freshers with good clinical knowledge and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients under hospital protocols.
- Manage OPD/IPD patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per clinical guidelines.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line patient care.
- Monitor patients' progress and coordinate with specialists when required.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with the medical and nursing teams for effective patient care.
Qualification
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
- Valid State Medical Council Registration
Experience
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are preferred.
Required Skills
- Good clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Basic emergency and patient management knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Salary: As per company standards / Negotiable
