We are looking for motivated and dynamic Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, business development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers and explain products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- B.Tech, B.Com, BBA
- M.Tech, MBA (Marketing & Sales)
