Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our laptop showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, and related products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and promotional offers to customers.
- Demonstrate products and provide accurate information to help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with billing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom.
- Keep up to date with the latest product launches, features, and market trends.
- Coordinate with inventory and accounts teams regarding stock availability and customer orders.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer interaction reports.
- Support showroom marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product features.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong sales skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in laptop, computer, mobile, or electronics retail sales.
- Knowledge of laptop brands, specifications, and accessories.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with billing software and CRM systems is an added advantage.

- 0–2 Years (Freshers with tally can also apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
