We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to own the end-to-end paid marketing function — planning, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels. This is a hands-on execution role focused on maximizing ROI, driving qualified leads, and scaling brand visibility across our portfolio of SaaS products.
You will work closely with the marketing, brand, content, and design teams to build high-performing campaigns — ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels — that convert. Your success will be measured by real numbers: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and qualified pipeline generated — not by campaigns launched or reports produced.
Prior experience at a SaaS / IT company is non-negotiable. We need someone who already understands how software products are marketed — lead-gen funnels, SaaS buyer journeys, trial-to-paid conversion patterns, and how paid ads plug into a product-led growth motion. Consumer / D2C paid-ads experience alone will not translate to this role.
You will report to the Marketing Head, with a dotted line to the CEO; the final interview round is with the CEO.
- Develop, plan, and execute paid-media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Define campaign goals, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies aligned with SaaS growth outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new ad opportunities across the SaaS portfolio.
- Propose monthly ad budgets per brand with data-backed rationale; work within approved budgets set by the Marketing Head.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC and paid-social campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum conversion.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and daily performance tracking.
- Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies to improve results.
Own lead-gen funnels end-to-end — ad landing page form- CRM handoff — not just the ad layer.
- Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC) using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM frameworks across all brand properties.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights — not just metrics dumps.
- Use data to allocate spend where it converts; recommend cutting or scaling based on evidence.
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with global teams (India, UAE, USA) to localize campaigns per market.
- Align paid ads with SEO, organic social, and email strategy — avoid channel cannibalisation.
- Report progress and results clearly to the Marketing Head and, when required, to the CEO.
- Explore new ad platforms and formats (YouTube, X/Twitter, Programmatic, Display, Reddit) where they make sense for SaaS.
- Test new campaign types — Performance Max, Video Ads, Advantage+ campaigns, LinkedIn Sponsored Content.
- Recommend new growth experiments through paid-media testing; measure and share results honestly.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on paid-ads experience managing campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- SaaS / IT background (non-negotiable): prior work at a SaaS / IT product company; understands SaaS marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and lead-gen mechanics
- Google Ads (must-have): Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube — hands-on setup, optimization, and reporting
- Meta Ads (must-have): Facebook + Instagram; hands-on with Meta Business Suite, audiences, retargeting, and creative testing
- LinkedIn Ads (must-have): campaign setup, audience targeting, Sponsored Content, InMail, Insight Tag
- Analytics & tracking (must-have): Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM frameworks
- Track record (non-negotiable): must be able to show specific campaigns, spend, and outcomes (CPL, CPA, ROAS, pipeline generated) you personally owned — not just team-attributed results
- Keyword research: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner
- Reporting: strong Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable in Looker Studio or platform dashboards
- Multi-project: able to run campaigns across multiple brands / products in parallel without dropping quality
- Communication: clear communicator; can defend campaign strategy and results to the Marketing Head and the CEO
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or equivalent.
- HubSpot CRM or similar (Marketo, Salesforce) marketing-automation exposure.
- Experience with programmatic / DSP platforms.
- Basic knowledge of landing-page tools (Unbounce, Instapage) or WordPress landing-page builds.
- Experience marketing to international audiences (India, UAE, USA).
- Exposure to AI-driven ad tools and automation.
- Has genuinely run paid campaigns for a SaaS / IT product — not just consumer or e-commerce.
- Can point to specific campaigns and outcomes they personally owned, with real numbers.
- Is strong across Google, Meta, AND LinkedIn — not just one of the three.
- Owns the full funnel from ad to CRM — not just the ad layer.
- Is analytical and comfortable with data; makes decisions with numbers, not gut.
- Communicates clearly with senior stakeholders including the CEO in the final round.
Applications must include a summary of at least two paid-ads campaigns you personally owned end-to-end, with real numbers: platform, monthly budget, key metrics (CPL / CPA / ROAS / pipeline), and what specifically you did to improve them. “Led campaigns for X company” is not sufficient — we want to see the mechanics of what you actually did. Candidates unable to point to real, ownable outcomes will not be moved forward.
- Manage global paid-ad campaigns across markets in India, UAE, and USA.
- Own paid marketing across a portfolio of AI-native SaaS brands.
- Direct exposure to the Marketing Head and the CEO — no layers of middle management.
- Continuous learning: modern paid-media tools, AI-driven ad platforms, and SaaS growth playbooks.
- Collaborative environment with Provident Fund and employee benefits.
