Position: Factory Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer.
- Plan and execute regular maintenance schedules for machines and equipment
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and checklists
- Reduce machine breakdown through planned activities
- Attend machine breakdowns immediately
- Identify root cause and take corrective actions
- Ensure minimum downtime in production
- Maintain all production machines, utilities, and tools
- Monitor performance and efficiency of equipment
- Ensure proper lubrication, calibration, and alignment
- Handle maintenance of electrical systems, compressors, boilers, DG sets, HVAC, etc.
- Ensure uninterrupted power, water, and air supply
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts
- Coordinate with store department for availability
- Avoid overstocking and shortage
- Follow safety procedures and PPE usage
- Ensure machines comply with safety standards
- Support audits and inspections
- Supervise maintenance technicians and helpers
- Allocate work and monitor performance
- Train staff on maintenance practices
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and history cards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track maintenance costs and improvements
