Job Description – Customer Relations Executive
A Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
They act as the bridge between customers and the company, handling queries, resolving issues, and improving overall customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Calling retailers and follow-up for orders.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
- Resolve complaints and issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain customer database and records
- Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams
- Provide product/service information clearly
- Assist in order processing and tracking
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Ensure customer retention and repeat business
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
