Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Good Knowledge of the hospitality industry, preferably 5-star hotel experience.
- Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in guest handling/Client relationship management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Immeditate Joiner Preferred
