We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele-calling Executive to join our team in Thrissur (Poothole).
The role involves calling customers, following up on leads, explaining services, and supporting sales conversions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in customer communication and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support sales conversions through effective communication
- Maintain call records and follow-up updates
- Handle basic customer queries
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer handling will be given preference
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic communication skills in English
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Experience
- 0 to 3 years
- Experienced candidates will have an added advantage
