Job Description
- COMMI 2 or 3 should be efficient in Food Preparation and Cooking.
- Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes to a company standard, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation.
- should have knowledge various cooking techniques, including grilling, cutting, chopping, sautéing, roasting as required by Continental cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Handle food storage and disposal
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, specialising in Continental cuisine.
Working Conditions:
