Nikhara Bharath Construction Company is seeking a highly organized Resort Operations Coordinator to join our Bengaluru head office. This central role serves as the vital link between our executive team and local property managers, overseeing central reservations, managing guest queries, and streamlining daily logistics. The ideal candidate blends exceptional customer service with sharp operational efficiency to maintain high occupancy and flawless brand standards across our expanding property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for local resort managers to streamline communications and enforce brand standards.
- Booking & Reservations: Oversee the central reservation system, manage group bookings, and optimize occupancy rates.
- Guest Queries & Escalations: Handle incoming B2C and B2B inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Logistical Support: Coordinate head office directives, distribute promotional materials, and assist with procurement requests for local properties.
- Reporting: Track and report on occupancy trends, guest feedback, and revenue metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality management, travel operations, or central reservations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing both internal teams and external clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to handle logistics and customer issues calmly and efficiently.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities for multiple physical locations simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
