We are looking for a passionate and experienced NTT Trainer to deliver high-quality Nursery Teacher Training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of early childhood education, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to mentor aspiring preschool teachers through both theoretical and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach subjects related to early childhood education, child psychology, teaching methodologies, classroom management, and curriculum planning.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and teaching activities.
- Guide students during internships, projects, and classroom observations.
- Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training documentation.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Support students in developing professional teaching skills and classroom confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching or training experience in Nursery Teacher Training, preschool education, or early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital teaching tools is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
