Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales of saddles, supplements, barn equipment, etc., through prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow a loyal customer base of horse owners, trainers, and facilities.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of all products (features, benefits) and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including product awareness and promoting special offers.
- Service & Support: Perform routine checks, organize equipment, and report/handle minor repairs or replacements for sold items.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry changes.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
