Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide and support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals. The ideal candidate will assist students with admissions, course selection, career planning, and overall student well-being while maintaining strong communication with parents and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and educational pathways.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their interests and qualifications.
- Guide students through admission processes, documentation, and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on inquiries and applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and orientation programs.
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions or referrals when required.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the organization.
- Stay updated on educational trends, courses, scholarships, and visa requirements (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,008.04 - ₹20,000.00 per month
