The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate student, employee, examination, and administrative records in the university's digital systems. The role requires excellent typing speed, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Enter and update student, faculty, and staff records in the university ERP/database.
- Maintain admission, examination, attention, and academic records.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors before final submission.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and other office software.
- Scan, organize , and maintain physical and digital documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of university records and sensitive information.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Perform regular data backup and records and sensitive information.

- Assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the Reporting Authority
Required Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application preferred.
- Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet application.
- Minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
