A leading organization known for delivering large-scale infrastructure and construction projects is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join the team in Calicut.
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 5–8 years (Minimum 3 years in a Managerial Role)
Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Develop sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and brokers
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
