Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in a voice process, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 12 months of International BPO experience in a voice process, OR
- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of International BPO experience in a voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets
