About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage the company's presence on B2B portals, generate quality business leads, and strengthen its online brand presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of B2B portals, and the ability to convert inquiries into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Register, manage, and optimize the company's profiles on various B2B portals under the guidance and training provided by the company.
- Generate quality business inquiries through B2B portals and digital platforms.
- Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture them to convert into long-term customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team by sharing qualified and high-potential leads for further follow-up.
- Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including WhatsApp Business.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to identify market opportunities and improve digital engagement.
- Enhance the company's online visibility and brand awareness through effective digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate product photoshoots and edit images/videos using Canva or similar design tools for social media and B2B listings.
- Respond promptly to social media inquiries, comments, and customer messages while maintaining positive engagement.
- Monitor campaign and portal performance and recommend improvements to enhance reach, lead generation, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and performance targets assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.).
- Understanding of lead generation and customer conversion processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar photo/video editing tools.
- Ability to handle telecalling and client follow-ups professionally.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, B2B portals, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Experience in handling online customer inquiries and business development activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
