Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer who blends traditional design principles with the power of Generative AI. You won't just be using templates; you will be responsible for creating high-energy, vibrant, and visually stunning assets that stand out in a crowded digital space. The ideal candidate treats AI as a "creative co-pilot" to produce high-quality renders and complex compositions at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Asset Design: Design high-conversion thumbnails, social media kits, and branding materials that utilize "funky," modern, and vibrant aesthetics.
- AI Image Generation: Masterfully use tools like Midjourney, DALL-E 3, or Stable Diffusion to generate custom characters, realistic backgrounds, and unique 3D elements.
- Image Manipulation: Expertly blend AI-generated elements with real photography or vector graphics using Adobe Photoshop (Generative Fill) and Illustrator.
- 3D & Cinematic Lighting: Create designs with a sense of depth, utilizing cinematic lighting and 3D geometric shapes to give graphics a "premium" and "rich" look.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all AI-generated content remains consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining character and style continuity across different platforms.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and color theory, including specific examples of AI-assisted projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- AI Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to write complex prompts to achieve specific artistic styles, textures, and lighting within AI image generators.
- Visual Style: A flair for "modern-funky" aesthetics—think bold colors, neon accents, and high-energy compositions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to retouch and fix AI "artifacts" (hands, eyes, or distorted text) to ensure professional-grade final outputs.
Bonus Skills
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to create 3D renders using Blender or similar software.
