We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support business growth through direct market engagement. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute field marketing activities and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote products and services.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Meet prospective customers and explain product offerings.
- Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Support the sales team in closing business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of field marketing/sales experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Salary Range
- Depending on experience and location.
- Performance incentives and travel allowances may be provided.
Pay: ₹10,498.39 - ₹15,084.24 per month
