About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer (Video) to create engaging visual content that explains product features, enhances storytelling, and delivers polished digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in motion design, UI animation, and video editing with the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animated video content for product demos, marketing, and educational materials.
- Design animated text, icons, transitions, and visual elements to explain features and workflows clearly.
- Produce screen recording videos and UI animations showcasing product dashboards with smooth click effects, cursor interactions, and interface highlights.
- Develop kinetic typography animations to emphasize key messages and improve content engagement (e.g., highlighting concepts such as Safety, Guardrails, Features, etc.).
- Create and animate 2D characters and supporting visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience retention.
- Edit and assemble video assets while maintaining strong pacing, visual consistency, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to convert scripts and concepts into final videos.
- Add sound effects, motion transitions, and visual polish to improve overall viewer experience.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms and formats (web, social, presentations, product walkthroughs).
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
- Strong understanding of UI animation and screen recording workflows.
- Ability to create kinetic typography and dynamic text animations.
- Experience with character animation (2D preferred).
- Good understanding of timing, composition, transitions, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and explainer videos.
- Experience working on SaaS, product demos, or technology-related content.
- Knowledge of AI tools for video production is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Lottie animation
- Basic 3D motion knowledge (Cinema 4D / Blender)
- Sound design and video optimization
