Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment when needed.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
