Roles & Responsibilities:
· Engage with diverse stakeholders in disadvantaged communities, including parents, schools, colleges, panchayats, and community leaders.
· Build and maintain strong relationships to support community outreach and mobilization activities.
· Provide guidance and counselling to young individuals on career paths and educational opportunities.
· Support awareness programs and initiatives aimed at youth development.
· Identify and address ground-level challenges using proactive problem-solving skills
